The role of EURYDICE, the Information Network on Education in Europe,
is to promote the exchange and the production of reliable and
comparable information on education systems and on national policies in
the field of education in Europe. It contributes to increasing mutual
understanding and cooperation between the 15 Member States of the

Reporting for International Students
- deciding where to study abroad and want find out more about your
intended host university, city or country? Here you will find
information and reviews related to specific universities across Europe
and other students' reports about their experiences. These are drawn
from Erasmus exchange students, ie they are all from Europe. The
reports are also in different languages. However they often provide
useful answers to questions basic to foreign study: including
resources, costs and social atmosphere. Many students make their emails
available so you can ask follow up or specific questions.

- The University Association for Contemporary European Studies provides

- EU Commission site that provides a guides to rights and opportunities

the EU. While written with EU citizens not in their country of origin
in mind much is applicable to the foreign scholar as well.

Monnet Programme Home
- The Jean Monnet Programme for Understanding European Integrtation
includes a whole raft of initiatives in the fields of education and
training, including Erasmus Mundus. this home page has links to all the
projects subsumed under the programme, built around four planks:
support for university level projects; Jean Monnet actions; support of
the six specific academic institutions; and support for Europe-wide
associations.
