This website is dedicated to making it easier for Australians to embark on postgraduate study in Europe.

As well as providing a host of links to relevant websites in Europe and Australia ASiE also undertakes research and consultation with the EU Commission, European governments and a great number of universities and foundations. The University of Glasgow dates from the middle of the fifteenth century, a time of critical change in Europe. With almost 16,000 undergraduate and 4,000 postgraduate students, Glasgow University is one of the country's largest universities. Employing 5,700 staff, it is a major employer in the city and, with an annual turnover of £285M, it makes a substantial contribution to the local economy. Overseas students make up around 15% of the student population.
